Of course keep your eyes here for an official launch date, series logo, and more!

Avengers-themed apartment is Earth’s Mightiest Fan Cave

There are numerous levels of comics fandom, ranging from the casual fan who picks up the occasional issue and watches the television shows and movies to the devotee, who tracks down entire runs of series and collects original art.

And then there’s the level of fan who would have an entire apartment designed in an Avengers theme.

Courtesy of Singapore’s Aboslook Interior Design comes this incredibly swanky — and unashamedly nerdy — that features an enormous illuminated S.H.I.E.L.D. logo in the living room, a mural of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in the dining room (with an Avengers logo that cleverly disguises storage), a Hulk-dominated kitchen, and, perhaps appropriately enough, an Iron Man bedroom (Where else would you expect Tony Stark?).

Unfortunately, we’re left wondering about the bathroom.

FIRST LOOK AT RYAN REYNOLDS AS 'DEADPOOL'

From empireonline.com

Clearly more than a little enthusiastic about getting to portray what he hopes we’ll all embrace as a proper version of snark-tastic Marvel antihero Deadpool, Ryan Reynolds has been the new movie’s biggest champion, sharing insights into pre-production via social media. Today he brings a first look at the Merc with a Mouth in full gear and in action… Sorry… inaction… posing on a bearskin in front of a roaring fire. Por qué? Because he’s Deadpool, that’s por qué.

Deadpool, as you may already know, features former Special Forces warrior-turned-mercenary Wade Wilson, who undergoes a rogue experiment as part of the Weapon X plan that leaves him brutally scarred but also boasting Wolverine-like healing powers. Armed with his new abilities and his pitch-dark sense of humour, he hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life, while taking on other bad guys as he does so.

Effects man/second unit director-turned-big-chair-occupier Tim Miller is calling the shots for this one, working from a script by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. He convinced 20th Century Fox and the world at large he was the man for the job via a test footage short (viewable below) that featured Reynolds providing the voice and some motion capture for Deadpool.

Production is now underway in Vancouver, with Ed Skrein T.J. Miller, Gina Carano and Morena Baccarin among the cast. Deadpool will wisecrack his way into cinemas on February 12 next year. Assuming you haven’t keeled over from all the sexy in that first image.

The Reason Why Batman And Superman Fight In Dawn Of Justice Revealed?

Since Warner Bros. first announced that the title of their Man of Steel follow-up would be Batman Vs. Superman, fans have wondered just what the two would be fighting about, and how much of the movie that would take up versus how much will be spent actually fighting bad guys.

Well, there's a rumor that we finally have an answer, at least to the first part.

Most fans had predicted that Lex Luthor would be the one to set the two at one another's throats, although many suspected that he would try to dupe Batman into going after Superman. It appears to be the opposite, per a report at Badass Digest:

It is Superman who goes to Gotham and starts the confrontation... at the behest of Lex Luthor. And unlike The Dark Knight Returns, Superman comes out swinging, pulverizing the Batmobile with one punch. Why would Superman do Lex Luthor's bidding? What is Lex hoping to accomplish? That would be spoiling. But know that when the fight is over, Batman will be able to point to Superman and say, "He started it!"

We'll see more soon, surely. It's one year until the movie hits theaters on March 25, 2016 with Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman and huge expectations.

This Week From Redbox: Big Hero 6

The special bond that develops between plus-sized inflatable robot Baymax, and prodigy Hiro Hamada, who team up with a group of friends to form a band of high-tech heroes.

This weekend I took the advice of one of our writers Lorne as well as millions of other viewers that said Big Hero 6 was a must see movie. I must say they weren't wrong and this was a really good movie that I regret not seeing it in theaters.

Hiro develops a special bond with Baymax, a personal healthcare consultant his brother invented, after his brother passes away tragically. Hiro, Baymax and a group of friends look to get to the bottom of the mystery, who stole Hiro's invention. With different misdirections throughout the movie to make you ponder then know for certain who the bad guy is makes for a very entertaining movie.

I wish I was smart enough to turn both myself and my friends into superheroes... Oh well.

Back to the movie, Disney did an awesome job with creating a character that everyone loves both young and old. I found myself attached to Baymax, this was very evident by the end of the movie. There is a good moral dilemma tracing back to the death or Hiro's brother. Then of course a bit or a tear jerking moment followed by a happy ending. This recipe always makes for a great movie!

Highly recommend watching this movie and for a household of youngsters its pretty much a given that you need to watch this, if you haven't already.
